If necessary, we might use this information to contact you during the processing of your order. We also use your information to personalize your shopping experience (such as a personal greetings). Free Bracelet Repairs & Refurbishing
Our Artisan uses premium supplies and strong stretch chord so you shouldn't have any issues. We have been wearing these bracelets for years and haven't had any problems. However, sometimes accidents happen. You might snag your bracelet on the tusk of a wild boar or break a couple beads by knocking it against the side of a mountain. Since your purchase, you may have dropped a few pounds by running with the bulls or have gained a few due to your Mai Tai intake. However, don’t fret because we offer FREE repairs and refurbishing on our bracelets---Woohoo! There are no charges for restringing or refurbishing your bracelet. All we do is charge you for the simple cost of return shipping to get your piece back to you.
We will do our very best to restore the item back to its original glory and condition. We cannot guarantee that we have the exact materials in-house at the time to refurbish your item, but we will try and move mountains and bulls to match things up.

Once we receive your piece, we will reach out to you if we have any concerns or questions. Repairs or refurbs usually take 7 - 10 Business Days (does not include transit time). We ship Standard or Ground on all returns. We will notify you when it ships and provide you with a tracking number.
NOTE: Due to rising international shipping costs beyond our control, we will require pre-payment for shipping charges. We will provide you with PayPal payment instructions for return international shipping charges. Once payment is made, we will ship your piece back to you. We will inform you of any charges as soon as we receive your repair request email.
Shirt Sizing Info & Chart
Shirt sizing varies from shirt style to shirt style because there really is no set universal sizing chart. You also have to take in into account how washing & drying will affect the fabric. However, we tried to make it easy for you so when you decide on a size, you feel that you made the best informed buying decision.
How to choose the right size:
1. Take your favorite t-shirt at home and lay it flat. Using the graph below as a guide, compare your home shirt's measurements to the shirt you want to order (shirt measurements are provided on the Product Page).
2. Take into consideration how you would wash & dry this shirt. No matter what everyone states, most fabrics do shrink when you bring water and air into the mix. Natural fabrics such as Cotton, Wool, Hemp, etc. will shrink much more compared to man-made fabrics such as Polyester, Rayon, Spandex, etc. If you like to cold wash your clothes and use low temperatures to dry or hang dry, then stay true to your normal sizing. If you like to hot wash and dry hot, you probably will want to go up a size if the fabric is a 100% natural or a blend of natural fabrics because it will shrink.
NOTE: If you float between sizes like most of us, then the rule of thumb is that you should normally order the larger size up.
Basically, use this graph as a guide, compare your home shirt to the shirt you want to order, take into consideration how you wash and put your best foot forward.

We feel that it is very important to help take care of our Big Blue Planet and to leave the smallest footprint whenever possible. We also want to walk the walk and talk the talk so that is why we use recycled materials whenever possible. Not only does our packaging come from recycled content, it can also be recycled back into our wonderful environment.

Recycled Flap & Seal Bags
Our internal flap & seal polyethylene bags are made from 100% recycled content and are recyclable. These bags offer our products clear protection from dust, dirt, moisture, and scratching. They also happen to be earth and archival-friendly. Manufactured in the USA.
Recycled Bubble Mailers
These are the world’s most eco-friendly bubble mailers -- made with at least 32.6% recycled content and fully recyclable! These padded poly bubble envelopes have cushioning to protect our goods in transit. They are moisture resistant and offer exceptional puncture resistance. They are made from 32.6% post-industrial recycled content (51% recycled content in the outer layer, 8% recycled content in the bubble layer and 8% recycled content in the capping layer). They are fully recyclable and accepted at store drop off or curbside services that take grocery bags. Manufactured in the USA.
Recycled Poly Mailers
The world's most sustainable poly mailer - made with 100% recycled content, 50% post-consumer content with a reusable tear strip and recyclable in thin film bins.
Corrugated Boxes
Our boxes are tough and are made from 100% recycled content and are 95% post-consumer waste. They are curbside recyclable and compostable (though recycling is preferred). Manufactured in the USA.
Retail Eco-Band Paper Wraps
Our Kraft Eco-Band Paper Wraps for our apparel are acid-fee and unbleached. They are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
Kraft Jewelry Boxes
Our Jewelry Boxes are made with kraft and white paper that come from 95% recycled content. They are also can be recycled.
Mailing Labels
Our direct thermal mailing labels are 100% recycled and curbside recyclable. And with thermal labels there is no ink or toner used (imprinted only using heat). These truly are the world's most earth conscious direct thermal labels!
Islands To Highlands Stickers & Labels
Our stickers and labels are made out of polypropylene which is 100% recyclable. The liner and adhesive used in the labels are all eco-friendly including inks free of Nickel (Ni) and Fluorine compounds (PFOS and PFOA).
