Returns are accepted and easy!  Quality control is very important to us and that is why we inspect and pack things really well before shipping. Jewelry items are also tested and inspected by the artisan before it ships. Orders usually ship within 2 – 3 Business Days after you place your order. We inform you when you order ships, provide tracking information and update you along the way. The most common men’s wrist circumference is 7”. Therefore, our stretch bracelets usually fit wrists that are 6.75” to 7.25” around. BTW, the most common women's wrist circumference is 6.75" - 7" around.  Check your wrist by using a Measuring Tape.
