Order Processing

Orders usually ship within 2 – 3 Business Days after your order is placed. We inform you when you order ships, provide tracking information and updates along the way.

We value our customers and want to make shopping online comfortable and safe. We take precautions to safeguard your financial information. Your credit card numbers are protected while in transit using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Moreover, your credit card information is encrypted when it is stored in our network, protecting it from theft or internal compromise. SSL encryption ensures that your information is protected and cannot be read by others as it travels over the Internet. The secure mode begins when you begin the checkout process. Your web browser will indicate when you’re on a secure page. You also can verify that your information is encrypted by looking at the URL line of your browser. Furthermore, for added safety, if our customer service team suspects anything to be improper with your order and/or your credit card, we will contact you and get voice authorization from you.

Shipping Details

We always try to ship our products in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. We are a small company and run lean so we cannot control shipping cost unlike huge online retailers who offer unlimited free shipping & returns. We are transparent and do not mark-up our merchandise to make up for that “free shipping” you keep seeing out there.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are based on weight and the most cost effective way of shipping our goods to you. Your shipping costs will be determined by which service method you select at checkout.

3 – 7 Business Days (Domestic USA)

10 – 20 Business Days (International)

NOTE:  Some overseas transit times can take longer due to location, customs and duties.

NOTE:  Customers are responsible for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties or taxes imposed by country destination (DDU).

 

NOTE:  Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Orders will automatically be cancelled and a Cancellation & Process Fee of 10% will be deducted from the Refund Amount.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted and easy!  Quality control is very important to us and that is why we inspect and pack things really well before shipping. Jewelry items are also tested and inspected by the artisan before it ships. 

  

It is VERY IMPORTANT to carefully check product images, product descriptions, size info and size charts before you place an order. Please e-mail aloha@islandstohighlands.com with any additional product questions, fit/sizing info or concerns PRIOR to ordering so we can help.

NOTES:  Bracelets, Apparel or Gear that are used or worn will not be accepted or refunded. No returns will be permitted after 30 days.

​

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Here's all you need to do:

  • Please contact us at aloha@islandstohighlands.com within 48 hours after delivery. In your e-mail, please include your Order # and explain the issue.      

  • We will follow-up with an e-mail containing shipping instructions and details that you can can print up and include with your return.    

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days. Items used or worn will not be accepted or refunded.  

  • Carefully pack the item, include a printed copy of the details we provided and ship it back to us per our return instructions. Please ship it back to us via a courier who provides you with proper insurance and a tracking # to insure delivery back to our location.  

  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and care of merchandise back to our location.

  • The cost of the item and original shipping costs will be refunded back to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected by Islands To Highlands. Please allow 3 - 5 Business Days for refund processing.     

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take pride in our quality control and packing. It is very rare, but an item can be damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged or is found defective, please reach out to us at aloha@islandstohighlands.com to explain the issue and provide photos if possible.
